Four Year program
A cumulative average of 65% in all courses is required. See regulation #2, page 60, regarding the average in the major.
Students must choose two teachable subjects. See Intermediate-Senior Specialization page 71. Anthropology courses listed as Science credits (see page 155) may be counted toward a General Science teachable.
First Year:
(a) Anthropology 1032 and 1034
(b) Two FCE electives in teachable subject
(c) One FCE in a teachable Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
(d) A minimum of one FCE in English, with at least one of the literature courses (English 1111 or 1112). For English Majors both English 1111 and English 1112 are required.
Second Year:
(a) Anthropology 2110, 2112, 2137, 2515, 2517
(b) Anthropology 2151
(c) One FCE electives
(d) Education Second Year I/S Core Courses. See page 72.
Third Year:
(a) Two FCEs in Anthropology at the third year level
