Honours BA (Psychology and Women's Studies Majors) (TB)

Four Year program
Students should be aware of the academic regulations for Psychology (see Department of Psychology Regulations).

First Year:
(a) Psychology 1100
(b) Women's Studies 1100
(c) One FCE from Type A courses
(d) One FCE from Type A courses (if Women's Studies 1100 is counted as Type B) or one FCE from Type B courses (if Women's Studies 1100 is counted as Type A)
(e) One FCE elective. A first year science course is recommended. (See Department of Psychology, Academic Regulations, Note 4)

Note: The Indigenous Content Requirement is being met by the inclusion of 0.5 FCE chosen from the list of Type E courses taken as an elective in the 1st year of the program, preferably Women's Studies 2119, when offered.

 Second Year:
(a) Psychology 2101 (see Department of Psychology, Academic Regulations, Note 2)
(b) One FCE in Women’s Studies Core Courses at the second year level
(c) One FCE in Psychology (see Department of Psychology, Academic Regulations, Notes 1, 2 and 3)
(d) One FCE in Women's Studies Group 1 courses
(e) One FCE electives

Third Year:
(a) Psychology 3911
(b) One and one-half FCEs in Psychology (see Department of Psychology, Academic Regulations, Notes 1, 2 and 3)
(c) Women's Studies 3030
(d) One and one-half FCEs in Women's Studies Core Courses at the third year level
(e) One FCE elective

 Fourth Year:
(a) Women's Studies 4010
(b) Three FCEs in Psychology (see Department of Psychology, Academic Regulations, Notes 1, 2 and 3)
(c) One-half FCE in Women’s Studies Core Courses at the fourth-year level
(d) One FCE in Women's Studies from Group 1 or Group 2 courses at the third or fourth year level
