Psychology 4212 Gender and Mental Health
A gender perspective on mental health and related health issues. Topics will include the influence of gender and sex roles on people's behaviour, mental health diagnosis, treatment and research. Although the analysis of mental health issues will be conducted in relation to men and women, the emphasis will be placed on women's health concerns.
