Students are presented with a number of ways of understanding why organizations are built the way they are and how they might be designed differently in order to better enhance their efficiency. The course content will provide an overview of organizational design and theory in relation to various schools of management thought, as well as the functions and processes of organizational management including the analysis tools with which the modern manager should be equipped.
