Business 5036 Seminar in Operations and Supply Chain Management
Provides students with the "state-of-the-art" knowledge of operations management concepts as well as the most widely used tools and methods to efficiently and effectively design and manage production and distribution. Special emphasis will be on supply chain management, which encompasses all of those activities associated with the movement and transformation of goods from the raw-materials stage through to the end user. The course will focus on how to develop an integrated infrastructure that coordinates and integrates all of the activities within and between organizations into a seamless process.
